SMS & Messaging Agreement

By engaging with Buckeye Patio Covers and opting into our communication services, you agree to the following terms regarding text messaging and general communications.

1. Consent to Communicate

By submitting your contact information through our website, you expressly authorize Buckeye Patio Covers to send you text messages (SMS) and emails. These messages are used primarily to confirm your request, connect you with the installer you are matched with, and follow up.

Referral service

Buckeye Patio Covers is a referral service, not a contractor. Work is done by independent, licensed local contractors. Any quote, contract, price, schedule or warranty is between you and the installer you choose to hire. Buckeye Patio Covers does not perform, supervise or guarantee the work.

2. SMS Terms of Service

  1. This campaign sends SMS Notifications, Alerts & Occasional Marketing Communication to customers who have opted in to receive SMS notifications.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to (000) 000-0000. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
  3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to hello@buckeyepatiocovers.com
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
  6. For privacy-related inquiries, please refer to our privacy policy.

3. Commitment to Privacy

We deeply respect your privacy. Your phone number, email address, and project details are kept private. We will never sell, rent, or distribute your personal contact information to marketing affiliates. The one party we share it with is the independent installer you are matched with, so that installer can contact you about your project.

4. Service Reliability

While we strive for prompt communication, the delivery of SMS messages relies on external telecommunication networks. Buckeye Patio Covers cannot be held liable for delayed, undelivered, or misrouted messages caused by carrier outages or signal issues.

5. Policy Updates

We may periodically update these messaging terms to comply with new regulations. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of our communication services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
